Infosys Dividend 2026, Infosys Q4 Results 20256 date: As the earnings season is about to begin soon, BSE and NSE-listed companies have started announcing their schedule to declare earnings for Q4 FY26.
Bengaluru-based IT giant is also all set to declare its earnings for the January-March period of the current financial year. Apart from the quarterly earnings for Q4FY26, the IT company might also consider paying a dividend to its shareholders.
The company announced this in an exchange filing on Sunday, March 15.
In the exchange filing, Infosys informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 22 and 23, 2026 inter alia to: 1. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026; 2. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026; 3. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026; 4. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS for the financial year ending March 31, 2026; 5. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company as per INDAS for the financial year ending March 31, 2026…,’ Infosys said in the exchange filing.
The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, for their approval, it added.
Infosys released its earnings for the third quarter of FY25 at around 4 PM on January 14. It is expected that the IT firm might release its upcoming earnings results at the same time on Thursday, April 23.

Infosys also informed that the Board of Directors in the meeting scheduled on Thursday, April 23, might also recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
In the regulatory filing, Infosys said, “The company will close the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter ending March 31, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from March 16, 2026 and will re-open on April 27, 2026.
The Company will hold investor/ analyst calls on April 23, 2026, to discuss the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 and business outlook.
Infosys, a constituent of the BSE Sensex, has slipped nearly 4.87 per cent in the last one week while it declined 11.41 per cent over the last one month, according to BSE analytics.
