PB Fintech rolls out complimentary car breakdown support for motorists in Delhi-NCR
The service, accessible through a dedicated helpline, is aimed at providing support during unexpected vehicle breakdowns. According to the company, the assistance will be available round the clock and cover a range of common roadside emergencies.
The services offered include towing support in case of breakdowns or accidents, flat tyre assistance, battery jump-starts and emergency fuel delivery of up to five litres for fuel-related breakdowns.
The launch comes amid growing demand for roadside assistance services. PB Wheels cited industry estimates suggesting that more than 50 lakh roadside assistance requests were raised in 2025, while a significant number of vehicle owners still do not have such coverage through their motor insurance policies.
Under the initiative, motorists can request help by calling the company’s helpline. Depending on the issue, on-site assistance may be provided for minor repairs, while vehicles requiring additional work can be towed to a workshop chosen by the customer.
PB Wheels said the service is currently available across Delhi-NCR and is intended to help motorists access emergency support during vehicle breakdowns.
