The order is for the design, fabrication, supply, transportation, unloading, installation, erection, testing and commissioning of ETP and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems, along with STP and WTP systems. The company said the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed over a period of 28 weeks.
Concord Enviro Systems said the order was received in the ordinary course of business and is expected to strengthen the company’s consolidated order book and contribute to revenue visibility during the execution period.

The company added that the promoter, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

Shares of Concord Enviro Systems Ltd ended at ₹257.30, down by ₹15.85, or 5.80%, on the BSE today, June 2.
