The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company said the orders mainly comprise transmission line projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, reinforcing its position as a global player in power transmission infrastructure.
Following the latest wins, the company’s order inflows for FY27 have reached ₹1,034 crore. In addition, Transrail said it currently holds L1 status in projects worth around ₹400 crore, providing further visibility on potential order additions.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Randeep Narang said the fresh contracts reflect customer confidence in the company’s engineering and execution capabilities and strengthen its position in international T&D markets. The company also highlighted a healthy bidding pipeline across domestic and overseas markets, which it expects will support long-term growth.
The latest order win comes weeks after Transrail announced fresh contracts worth ₹575 crore across its transmission and distribution, civil construction and pole businesses. Those orders included a 500 kV high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line project, international product supply contracts, a specialised civil construction project and pole supply orders.
Earlier this year, Transrail’s management had outlined an upbeat outlook for FY27. Speaking to CNBC-TV18 in May, MD and CEO Randeep Narang said the company was entering FY27 with a robust order book of ₹16,300 crore and strong visibility on growth driven by continued momentum in transmission and distribution projects.

He said Transrail was targeting 20-22% revenue growth in FY27 after delivering 30% growth in FY26, while aiming to maintain its profitability despite ongoing geopolitical and energy-related uncertainties.
The fresh contracts come at a time when investors are watching the company’s execution closely after a softer fourth quarter. Transrail Lighting reported a 24% decline in net profit to ₹96.5 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue slipped 4.2% to ₹1,863 crore and operating margins narrowed year-on-year.
Shares of Transrail Lighting ended Friday’s session at ₹511.50 on the NSE ahead of the announcement.
