While Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Maharashtra Scooters shares will adjust for final dividends, Bajaj Holdings shares will be adjusted for both special and final dividends.
The dividends were announced with their March quarterly results, with the record date set for Tuesday, June 30.
Bajaj Finance
Bajaj Finance Ltd. announced a final dividend of ₹6 per share.
In May last year, it had issued a final dividend of ₹44 per share and a special dividend of 12. In June 2024 and 2023, it had issued dividends of ₹36 and ₹30, respectively. This is before the company announced a bonus issue of 4:1, post which the stock price adjusted accordingly.
Shares of Bajaj Finance ended the previous session 0.8% higher at ₹987.95 apiece. The stock has gained 11.1% in the past month.
Bajaj Finserv
Bajaj Finserv Ltd. had announced a final dividend of of ₹1.5 per share.
Prior to this, it had issued dividends of ₹1 each in June 2025 and 2024, respectively. In June 2023, Bajaj Finserv had issued a dividend of ₹0.8 per share, while in June 2022 it had issued one of ₹4 apiece.
Bajaj Finserv shares ended the previous session 0.1% higher at ₹1,767 apiece. The stock has declined 13.3% this year, so far.
Maharashtra Scooters
Maharashtra Scooters Ltd. has announced a final dividend of ₹60 per share for shareholders.
In September 2025, it had issued an interim dividend of ₹160. A year prior, it had issued final and special dividends of ₹30 each and in September 2024, the Bajaj Group company had issued an interim dividend of ₹110.
The stock ended 0.9% lower on Monday to close at ₹12,399 apiece. It has declined 12.7% this year, so far.
Bajaj Holdings & Investment
Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd. is giving out a final dividend of ₹80 per share as well as a special dividend of ₹50 apiece.
In September 2025, the company had issued an interim dividend of ₹65. In June last year, it had issued a final dividend of ₹28 per share and in September 2024 it had given out an interim dividend of ₹65 apiece.
The stock ended the previous session 0.2% higher at ₹10,619 apiece. The stock has gained 34% in the past month but has declined 6.4% this year, so far.
