The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the online submission process for the List of Candidates (LOC) for the Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026. The process began on June 30, 2026, and is meant only for regular students studying in CBSE-affiliated schools.According to the official circular, schools have to submit the List of Candidates through the Pariksha Sangam portal available on the official CBSE website.

Who can apply?

CBSE has said that the following categories of students are eligible to appear for the Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026:

  • Compartment (First Chance): Students who appeared for the Class 12 Board Examination for the first time in 2026 and received a compartment result.
  • Improvement after replacement of subject(s): Students who passed the 2026 main examination after replacing subject(s) and wish to improve their performance.
  • Improvement in one subject: Students who passed the Class 12 Main Examination 2026 and want to improve their marks in one permitted subject.

How will schools submit the LOC?

Schools can complete the submission process by following these steps:

  • Visit the official CBSE website.
  • Open the Pariksha Sangam portal.
  • Log in using the school’s credentials.
  • Select the Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026 option.
  • Fill in the required candidate details.
  • Verify all the information carefully.
  • Submit the List of Candidates (LOC) online.

  • The circular is applicable only to regular students of CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Schools must submit the candidate details only through the Pariksha Sangam portal.
  • Students should contact their respective schools if they wish to appear for the supplementary examination.
