The tractor segment continues to be a bright spot, aided by healthy reservoir levels, expectations of a normal monsoon and improving farm sentiment. M&M’s tractor business registered sales of nearly 60,000 units, up 13 per cent year-on-year, while Escorts Kubota posted a stronger 20 per cent growth at 13,695 units.
