During the June quarter, the company recorded bookings of 234 units. It also launched 140 units each in OMA Phase 1 and OMA Phase 2, taking forward its project pipeline for the financial year.
Ashiana Housing said it acquired approximately 28.55 acres of land at Vadgaon in Maharashtra’s Pune district during Q1 FY27. The acquisition marks the company’s largest-ever land deal for the development of a senior living project.
The proposed development has an estimated saleable area of around 20 lakh sq. ft. and a sales value potential of about ₹1,800 crore, according to the company.
The company also said handovers commenced for Phase 1 of its Ashiana Nitara project in Jaipur during the quarter. In addition, the delivery timelines for Amarah Phase 1 and Anmol Phase 3 have been revised from Q1 FY27 to Q2 FY27.
The operational update covers the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and highlights the company’s ongoing project launches, land acquisition and execution milestones despite a year-on-year decline in booking volumes and booking value.
On the NSE, Ashiana Housing shares closed 0.37% lower at ₹394.50.
