The contracts include construction of permanent campuses for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) in South Salmara and West Karbianglong districts of Assam, each valued at approximately ₹55.46 crore (excluding GST). Both projects have been awarded by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
The company has also secured a contract worth ₹21.36 crore for the construction of a 200-bedded sports hostel in Sambalpur, Odisha, located adjacent to Dr Jhasaketan Sahu Swimming Pool. The project has been awarded by the Sports & Youth Services Department, Government of Odisha.

All three contracts are domestic in nature and fall under project management consultancy (PMC) services. NBCC said the work is part of its normal course of business.
The company stated that the orders are to be executed under standard contractual terms, with no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entities, and they do not qualify as related party transactions.
Yesterday, NBCC (India) Ltd said it secured work orders worth ₹955.13 crore during the quarter ended June 30, in the normal course of business. According to the company’s exchange filing, the orders were awarded across April, May and June and span multiple construction and redevelopment projects across the country.

The largest order, worth ₹334.74 crore, was for the construction of an integrated township under the Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station Phase II (2×660 MW) of Damodar Valley Corporation in Purulia, West Bengal, on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis.
The state-owned company also secured a ₹199.73 crore contract for the redevelopment of government quarters at St. Inez in Goa, including operation and maintenance for five years.
Other major projects include the construction of the Central University of Kashmir’s Tulmulla campus in Ganderbal, Jammu & Kashmir, a commercial development in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, a government building at Mayur Vihar in New Delhi, and the redevelopment of the Circuit House at Altinho in Panaji, Goa.

The order book also includes projects for the International Potato Centre in Agra, a new administrative office building for the Visakhapatnam Port Authority, and the permanent campus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya at Noney in Manipur.
Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd ended at ₹102.40, down by ₹0.65, or 0.63%, on the BSE.
