The company’s net profit rose to ₹965 crore, compared with ₹784 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income increased 17.6% year-on-year to ₹1,564.2 crore, up from ₹1,330.6 crore a year earlier.
For the first quarter of FY27, ICICI Prudential AMC reported operating revenue of ₹1,560 crore. The company posted a revenue yield of 0.52% based on three-month annualised numbers.
Operating profit before tax (OPBT) stood at ₹1,100 crore, registering a 20% year-on-year growth. The OPBT yield for the quarter was 0.37% on an annualised basis, while profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹965 crore.
During the quarter, the company reported 17.3 million customer operations, equivalent to 1.73 crore operations. As of June 30, 2026, ICICI Prudential AMC had a network of 286 offices, including its Dubai branch and GIFT City branch, along with over 1.16 lakh distributors and 3,813 employees.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd ended at ₹519.00, up by ₹8.70, or 1.70%, on the BSE.
