Signature Global Q1 update: Pre-sales grow 25% QoQ as sales realisation rises 12%


Real estate developer Signature Global (India) Ltd on Tuesday (July 14) reported a 25% quarter-on-quarter increase in pre-sales to ₹1,970 crore for the first quarter of FY27, compared with ₹1,570 crore in the preceding quarter. Pre-sales stood at ₹2,640 crore in the year-ago quarter.

It said the 25% sequential growth in pre-sales was supported by sustained demand for its projects and its execution-led growth strategy.

The company said it sold 226 units during the quarter, compared with 378 units in Q4FY26 and 778 units in Q1FY26. The area sold stood at 0.72 million square feet, down from 1 million square feet in the previous quarter and 1.62 million square feet a year ago.

Average sales realisation increased to ₹17,093 per square foot in Q1FY27 from ₹15,250 per square foot in FY26. The company said the increase was primarily due to the launch of its premium residential project, Tonino Lamborghini Residences, located on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Sector 71, Gurugram.

Collections stood at ₹670 crore in Q1FY27, compared with ₹920 crore in Q4FY26 and ₹930 crore in Q1FY26.

Net debt stood at ₹390 crore as of June 30, 2026, compared with ₹200 crore at the end of FY26. The company maintained cash and bank balances, including fixed deposits, of ₹2,522 crore as of June 30, 2026.

Signature Global said the operational numbers are provisional, subject to audit, and that the figures for pre-sales, units sold, area and collections are net of cancellations.

During the quarter, Signature Global made its entry into the branded residences segment through Tonino Lamborghini Residences, developed in collaboration with the Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini. It said the project marks the brand’s entry into the Indian real estate market.

The company said the first phase of Tonino Lamborghini Residences, launched on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Sector 71, Gurugram, received a strong market response.

Shares of Signature Global (India) Ltd ended at ₹824.90, down by ₹21.95, or 2.59%, on the BSE.
