Delivers Strong Double-Digit Growth

L&T Technology Services reported a robust performance, with profit rising 13 per cent year-on-year to Rs 356.6 crore. Revenue increased 11.5 per cent to Rs 2,940.1 crore.

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers recorded a 2.3 per cent rise in profit to Rs 23.4 crore. Net interest income surged 47.6 per cent to Rs 68.4 crore.

Registers Impressive Earnings Growth

Tata Elxsi posted strong quarterly results, with profit jumping 18.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 170.6 crore. Revenue grew 14.5 per cent to Rs 1,021.1 crore.

Biocon

Mylan Exits with Stake Sale

Mylan Inc, a part of Viatris, exited Biocon by selling its entire 5.64 per cent stake through open market transactions. The stake sale was valued at Rs 3,679 crore.

L&T Technology Services has partnered with Anthropic to integrate Claude models across engineering processes and LTTS’ AI-powered platforms, aimed at enhancing AI-led capabilities.

State-owned NBCC has bagged four contracts worth Rs 501.45 crore. The company operates in project management consultancy and real estate businesses.

Approves Ather Investment

The board approved an additional investment of up to Rs 1,000 crore in Ather Energy. Hero MotoCorp currently holds a 29.48 per cent stake in the associate company.

Raises Rs 500 Crore via QIP

ideaForge Technology successfully raised Rs 500 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement. The proceeds will fund the company’s next phase of growth and strengthen working capital.

Jubilant FoodWorks has received a GST demand notice amounting to Rs 46.9 crore. The company is India’s leading quick-service restaurant chain operator.

Tata Motors (Commercial Vehicles)

Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles has partnered with UCO Bank to provide vehicle loans to customers across India, expanding financing options for buyers.

RBI Approves Delhivery Financial Services Registration

The Reserve Bank of India has approved the grant of a Certificate of Registration as a Type II NBFC-ND to Delhivery Financial Services, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
