Kolte-Patil's Q1 sales stay flat at ₹617 crore; collections jump 30%, realisations rise


Pune based realty developer Kolte-Patil Developers reported sales of ₹617 crore for the first quarter of FY27, broadly unchanged from a year ago, while customer collections rose 30% year-on-year to ₹715 crore.

The company launched around 0.78 million square feet during the quarter. Its flagship Life Republic township in Pune generated about ₹212 crore in sales, while projects in Mumbai contributed nearly 30% of the overall sales value, underscoring the market’s growing share in the company’s portfolio.

Company added that average realisations increased 29% year-on-year to ₹9,442 per sq. ft. The company attributed the increase to strategic price revisions across projects and a higher contribution from Mumbai projects.

Kolte-Patil said collections improved to ₹715 crore during the quarter, reflecting continued execution across its project portfolio.

Managing Director Rajesh Patil said the company had made a strong start to FY27 and remained focused on scaling its business while strengthening execution and organisational capabilities.

He added that the company has launched ASCEND, an organisation-wide transformation programme aimed at improving systems, processes and ways of working to build a faster, more agile and performance-driven organisation.

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd shares ended at ₹387.50, up 0.89% or ₹3.40, on the NSE at the close of trading on July 17.
