Profit and Revenue Improve
Bajaj Healthcare reported a 14.1 per cent rise in profit to Rs 13.9 crore from Rs 12.2 crore. Revenue increased 11.3 per cent to Rs 165.6 crore compared with Rs 148.8 crore.
Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company posted a 20.2 per cent increase in profit to Rs 28.1 crore from Rs 23.4 crore. Net premium income rose 23.8 per cent to Rs 2,047.5 crore.
Profit Declines, Revenue Grows
SML Mahindra reported a 5 per cent decline in profit to Rs 63.6 crore from Rs 67 crore. Revenue increased 13.2 per cent to Rs 957.5 crore from Rs 845.9 crore.
Sobha
Profit Nearly Quadruples
Sobha posted nearly four-fold growth in profit to Rs 50.8 crore from Rs 13.6 crore. Revenue jumped 50 per cent to Rs 1,278.2 crore compared with Rs 851.9 crore.
Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle reported a profit of Rs 6.96 crore against a loss of Rs 34.5 crore. Revenue rose 49.6 per cent to Rs 736.8 crore from Rs 492.7 crore.
Rs 10,000 Crore Investment Plan
Tata Steel plans to invest Rs 10,000 crore in its Jharkhand projects by 2028. The investment is expected to create 2,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Aastha Spintex plans to expand into forward-integrated textile products. The Gujarat-based integrated cotton yarn manufacturer announced the expansion plan in a statement released on Monday.
IndiGo
Engine Order Announced
IndiGo announced it will place an order with CFM International for more than 1,000 engines to power its fleet of 510 A320 neo family aircraft.
Promoters to Infuse Capital
SPML Infra said its promoters will infuse around Rs 177 crore into the company. The capital infusion is aimed at strengthening the company’s growth capital.
