Consolidated revenue from operations rose 11.37% year-on-year and 2.50% quarter-on-quarter to ₹414.40 crore, from ₹372.10 crore a year earlier.
Standalone Basis
On a standalone basis, IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd reported revenue from operations of ₹376 crore for the first quarter of FY27, up 9% from ₹346 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The Busy Infotech contributed ₹36 crore in revenue during the quarter. The company said the growth was primarily driven by improved realisation from paying suppliers.

Customer collections increased 8% year-on-year to ₹402 crore, while deferred revenue stood at ₹1,858 crore as of June 30, 2026, up 14% from a year ago.
The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) came in at ₹149 crore, translating into an EBITDA margin of 40%. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹176 crore.
During the quarter, IndiaMART recorded 26 million unique business enquiries. Supplier storefronts increased 5% year-on-year to 8.8 million, while the number of paying suppliers stood at 218,000 at the end of the quarter.
Customer collections for the quarter increased 8% year-on-year to ₹463 crore. This comprised IndiaMART standalone collections of ₹402 crore, up 8% from a year ago, and Busy Infotech collections of ₹59 crore.

Deferred revenue stood at ₹2,014 crore as of June 30, 2026, marking a 16% year-on-year increase. This included IndiaMART standalone deferred revenue of ₹1,858 crore and Busy Infotech deferred revenue of ₹146 crore.
The company generated ₹163 crore in cash flow from operations during the quarter. Its cash and investments balance stood at ₹3,553 crore as of June 30, 2026.
Further, IndiaMART InterMESH has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in India under the name IndiaMART Finance Ltd, subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The proposed subsidiary, which is yet to be incorporated, will be wholly owned by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd and will operate in the financial services sector.
The company said the primary objective of incorporating IndiaMART Finance is to strengthen trust, engagement and user retention on its platform by enabling business users to primarily meet their short-term working capital requirements and other financial needs.

Shares of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd ended at ₹1,907.00, down by ₹1.37, or 26.50%, on the BSE.
