Consolidated revenue rose 25.2% year-on-year to ₹565.1 crore from ₹451 crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased 8%.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 2.8% year-on-year to ₹92.8 crore from ₹90.3 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 16.4% compared with 20% in Q1 FY26. The company reported earnings per share (EPS) of ₹4.17 for the quarter.

During the quarter, NIIT Learning added three new Long-Term Annuity (LTA) customers, taking the total customer base to 113. Revenue visibility stood at $462 million.
NIIT Learning said its early investments in artificial intelligence (AI) and its AI-learning platform, comprising an AI Coach, Simulation Manager and Signal Engine, continued to gain recognition from clients and independent market analysts. AI-enabled learning services contributed 13% of revenue in Q1 FY27.
During the quarter, the company launched the AI-ready Learning & Development (L&D) Enterprise series of products and services, which brings together four integrated solutions to help organisations build an AI-enabled learning framework.

The solutions focus on developing an AI Future Learning Operating Model, AI-Native Learning Architecture, AI Fluency for the Enterprise Workforce, and helping leaders to manage a human plus AI workforce.
NIIT Learning added 3 new global Long Term Annuity clients during the quarter, including an industry leader in quantum computing, a global full-service Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) and scientific advisory partner, and a Fortune 500 global hospitality leader with a portfolio of over 20 world-class brands.
Additionally, the company expanded the scope of one existing contract and renewed three contracts during the quarter, retaining its industry-leading renewal rate. The Long Term Annuity client tally at the end of the quarter stood at 113, bringing revenue visibility to $462 million, up 19% YoY.
