Infosys

Profit and Revenue Surge

Infosys reported a 12.2 per cent rise in profit to Rs 7,769 crore from Rs 6,921 crore. Revenue increased 14 per cent to Rs 48,211 crore from Rs 42,279 crore.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo)

Revenue Growth Despite Quarterly Loss

InterGlobe Aviation posted a loss of Rs 238 crore compared with a profit of Rs 2,176.3 crore. Revenue grew 19.9 per cent to Rs 24,584.1 crore from Rs 20,496.3 crore.

Meesho

Loss Narrows, Revenue Jumps

Meesho reduced its loss to Rs 132.8 crore from Rs 289.3 crore. Revenue surged 48.3 per cent to Rs 3,712.8 crore from Rs 2,503.9 crore.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services

Motilal Oswal Financial Services reported a 9.6 per cent increase in profit to Rs 1,273.1 crore from Rs 1,162.1 crore. Revenue surged 25.1 per cent to Rs 3,425.8 crore.

Orient Cement reported a 62.4 per cent fall in profit to Rs 77 crore from Rs 205 crore. Revenue declined 30.3 per cent to Rs 604 crore from Rs 866 crore.

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX)

Indian Energy Exchange posted an 11.7 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 134.8 crore in Q1 FY27. Revenue increased over 10 per cent to Rs 202.8 crore.

Ex Gratia Assistance Announced

Patel Engineering announced ex gratia assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased in the blast incident at the Teesta Stage-VI hydro power plant.

Rs 50,000 Cr Investment Plan

Hindalco Industries will invest Rs 50,000 crore in India over three years across upstream and downstream businesses, while evaluating another Rs 50,000 crore growth opportunity pipeline.

Quantum Finance Innovation Hub

Punjab National Bank signed an agreement with the Karnataka government to establish a Quantum Finance Innovation Hub at the Quantum Computing Centre.

Coforge

Swiggy

Foreign Ownership Cap Approved

Swiggy’s board approved a proposal to cap aggregate foreign ownership at 49.5 per cent on a fully diluted basis to qualify as an Indian-owned-and-controlled firm.

Expansion and Bonus Issue

Aastha Spintex approved expansion into value-added textile products, including grey fabric, along with a bonus issue of shares.
