Sanofi India Dividend 2026: Rs 48 per share approved! Check record date - Markets


Sanofi India dividend 2026: Shares of Sanofi India might remain in focus in the coming days as the pharmaceutical company approved a final dividend to its shareholders today. The approval was given in the Board of Directors meeting held today, March 25, 2026.

“…informing that the Board, at its meeting held on 25th February 2026, had recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 48 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2025, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 70th AGM,” Sanofi India said in the exchange filing.

Sanofi India announced the record date for its final dividend of Rs 48 per equity share for FY25 as April 22, 2026.

“…Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from Thursday, 23rd April 2026 to Wednesday, 29th April 2026 (both days inclusive) and payment of the Final Dividend will be made to those Members whose names are on the Company’s Register of Members on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 (“Record Date”) and those whose names appear as Beneficial Owners as at the close of the business hours on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 as per the details to be furnished by the Depositories, viz. NSDL and CDSL, for this purpose,” it added.

Sanofi India Dividend History

Sanofi India has been giving a consistent dividend to its shareholders. In 2025, the company gave cash rewards twice – Rs 75 in November and Rs 117 in April. In 2024, Sanofi India gave a dividend two times – Rs 117 in May and Rs 50 in March, respectively.

Siraj Azmat Chaudhry appointed Additional Director and Independent Director

In the meeting, the Sanofi India Board also approved the appointment of Siraj Azmat Chaudhry as an Additional Director and Independent Director of the company for the first term of five consecutive years commencing from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 70th AGM.

He shall hold office as an Additional Director up to the date of the ensuing 70th AGM, Sanofi India added in the exchange filing.

Shares of Sanofi India were trading at Rs 3322.10, up Rs 72.25 or 2.22 per cent from 3249.85, on the BSE at around 2.15 pm.
