Stocks to Watch Today, July 30: Indian equities are likely to remain stock-specific on Wednesday as investors react to a fresh batch of quarterly earnings and corporate developments.

Companies including Eicher Motors, Adani Ports, Asian Paints, Dabur and Waaree Energies reported their June-quarter results, while Adani Enterprises remained in focus after posting a second consecutive quarterly loss. Separately, Mahindra & Mahindra announced a business restructuring, BHEL secured an overseas order, and Gland Pharma received U.S. regulatory approval for a generic drug.

Profit jumps 21%

Q1 profit rose 21.3% to Rs 1,462.5 crore from Rs 1,205.2 crore, while revenue increased 31.5% to Rs 6,632.4 crore from Rs 5,041.8 crore.

Returns to profit

Q1 profit came in at Rs 945 crore against a loss of Rs 103 crore last year. Revenue rose 8.5% to Rs 2,507 crore from Rs 2,311 crore.

Revenue surges 79%

Q1 profit increased 14.1% to Rs 850.2 crore from Rs 745.2 crore. Revenue jumped 79.2% to Rs 7,931.8 crore from Rs 4,425.8 crore.

Swings to loss

Q1 consolidated posted a loss of Rs 423 crore against a profit of Rs 88 crore last year. Revenue rose 31.3% to Rs 2,607 crore from Rs 1,986 crore.

Back in black

Q1 consolidated profit stood at Rs 121 crore against a loss of Rs 145 crore a year ago. Revenue rose 18.3% to Rs 3,662 crore.

Profit rises 10%

Consolidated net profit increased 10.23% to Rs 3,649.50 crore. Total income rose to Rs 11,673.71 crore from Rs 9,422.18 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Dabur

Profit grows 15%

Q1 consolidated net profit rose 15.3% to Rs 553.61 crore. Revenue from operations increased 10.56% to Rs 3,764.39 crore.

Loss continues

The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 1,160 crore for Q1. Profit before tax, excluding the exceptional item, declined about 12% year-on-year.

Profit climbs 40%

Q1 consolidated net profit rose 39.6% year-on-year to Rs 1,559.45 crore, while revenue from operations increased 18% to Rs 10,541.94 crore.

Launches pothole alert

The electric two-wheeler maker rolled out a pothole alert feature for customers using Gen 2 and above scooters.

GAIL

Signs urea plant MoU

RCF signed an MoU with GAIL to set up a urea plant in Maharashtra with an annual production capacity of 1.27 million tonnes.

Restructures CV business

M&M will transfer its trucks and bus division to subsidiary SML Mahindra for a consideration of Rs 525 crore.

Partners with Capital Stack

Yes Bank and Capital Stack signed an initial agreement to establish a framework for collaboration on institutional capital solutions.

USFDA approval received

Gland Pharma received USFDA approval for its generic version of sugammadex injection used to reverse the effects of muscle relaxants during surgery.

BHEL

Wins Nigeria order

BHEL secured an order from Dangote Petroleum Refinery, Nigeria, to supply and supervise erection and commissioning of eight gas turbine generator packages.
