ITC Ltd | Diversified conglomerate reported a standalone net profit of ₹3,578.8 crore for the first quarter, down 27.1% year-on-year from ₹4,912 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company’s revenue declined 14.4% to ₹16,908 crore from ₹19,761 crore a year ago.

Maruti Suzuki India | reported a mixed set of standalone earnings for the June quarter, with better-than-expected profit offset by a sharp miss on operating performance as margins came under pressure despite robust revenue growth. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, India’s largest carmaker reported a standalone net profit of ₹3,352 crore, down 10.8% from ₹3,758 crore a year earlier. Even so, the figure comfortably exceeded the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹3,264 crore.

Indian Oil Corporation | IOC reported a standalone net loss of ₹2,661.3 crore for the quarter ended June, significantly worse than the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of a ₹1,824-crore loss.

July Auto Sales | Hero MotoCorp reported total sales of 5.33 lakh units, ahead of the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of 5.30 lakh units, with sales rising 19% YoY. Maruti Suzuki India posted total sales of 2.41 lakh units, surpassing the poll estimate of 2.20 lakh units, marking a 33.7% YoY growth. Mahindra & Mahindra reported total auto sales of 1.04 lakh units, while Hyundai Motor India recorded total sales of 75,360 units, ahead of the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of 67,000 units, with sales growing 25.4% YoY. Tata Motors reported passenger vehicle sales of 63,760 units, beating estimates of 60,000 units, while commercial vehicle sales rose 37% YoY. Eicher Motors reported Royal Enfield sales of 1.18 lakh units, close to the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of 1.2 lakh units, with sales rising 34% YoY.

Atul Auto reported total sales of 3,800 units, up 39.9% YoY, while Escorts Kubota posted sales of 8,731 units, a 22% YoY increase. SML Mahindra reported total sales growth of 12% YoY at 1,603 units. Steel Strips Wheels reported a 51% YoY increase in sales by value and a 26% rise by volume in July.
