Upcoming IPOs this week: This week (August 3 to August 7) is set to be IPO-heavy, with public issues worth over Rs 3,100 crore opening for investor subscription. The combined issue size of Rs 3,158 crore reflects strong corporate interest in entering the stock market.

Three IPOs – Ardee Industries, Technocraft Ventures, and LEAP India – are scheduled to open this week. Here are the key details, including the GMP, important dates, and other information about these upcoming IPOs.

Ardee Industries IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 425.87 crore. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). The fresh issue consists of 6.04 crore shares aggregating to Rs 320 crore, while the remaining 2 crore shares are an offer for sale worth Rs 105.87 crore.

Ardee Industries IPO Subscription Date

Ardee Industries IPO opens for subscription on August 5, 2026, and closes on August 7, 2026.

Ardee Industries IPO Allotment Date

The allotment for the Ardee Industries IPO is expected to be finalised on August 10, 2026.

Ardee Industries IPO Listing Date

Ardee Industries IPO is scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 12, 2026.

Ahead of the subscription, which begins this Wednesday, the IPO is witnessing decent interest in the unlisted market, with the grey market premium indicating a listing premium of around 13 per cent.

The IPO’s GMP currently stands at Rs 6.75, which translates into an estimated listing price of Rs 59.75 (if the GMP sustains), compared with the issue price of Rs 53. This further indicates an estimated profit of Rs 1,896 per lot of 281 shares.

Technocraft Ventures IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 251.88 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 0.95 crore shares aggregating to Rs 201.51 crore and an offer for sale of 0.24 crore shares aggregating to Rs 50.37 crore.

Technocraft Ventures IPO opens for subscription on August 7, 2026, and closes on August 11, 2026.

Technocraft Ventures IPO Allotment Date

The allotment for the Technocraft Ventures IPO is expected to be finalised on August 12, 2026.

Technocraft Ventures IPO Listing Date

Technocraft Ventures IPO is scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 14, 2026.

Similar to the Ardee Industries IPO, the Technocraft Ventures IPO is also reflecting a decent listing premium in the unlisted market. According to various market trackers, the IPO’s GMP stands at Rs 16.50, indicating a listing premium of around 8 per cent.

If the GMP sustains, the IPO is expected to list at around Rs 228.50, compared with the issue price of Rs 212. The current GMP indicates an estimated profit of Rs 1,155 per lot of 70 shares.

LEAP India IPO is the biggest public issue opening this week, with a book-built issue worth Rs 2,480 crore. Similar to the other two IPOs, the issue is a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS).

The issue comprises a fresh issue of 3.02 crore shares aggregating to Rs 480 crore and an offer for sale of 12.58 crore shares aggregating to Rs 2,000 crore.

LEAP India IPO Subscription Date

LEAP India IPO opens for subscription on August 7, 2026, and closes on August 11, 2026.

LEAP India IPO Allotment Date

The allotment for the LEAP India IPO is expected to be finalised on August 12, 2026.

LEAP India IPO Listing Date

LEAP India IPO is scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 14, 2026.

However, despite being the biggest IPO opening this week, interest in the unlisted market remains the weakest among the three issues. The IPO’s grey market premium currently stands at Rs 5.

Based on the current GMP, the IPO is expected to list at Rs 159, reflecting a premium of around 3.2 per cent over the issue price. At the current GMP, the estimated profit works out to Rs 470 per lot of 94 shares.
