FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd | The parent company of Nykaa, reported a sharp improvement in profitability for the June quarter, with net profit more than tripling year-on-year. The company’s consolidated net profit rose to ₹79.7 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with ₹24.4 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Bharti Airtel | For the quarter ended June 2026, the telecom major reported consolidated revenue of ₹58,539 crore, up 5.7% sequentially, comfortably ahead of the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹57,054 crore.
HDFC Bank | Its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 5, with the meeting carrying added significance following the resignation of former non-executive chairman Atanu Chakraborty, who stepped down citing “ethical concerns”. The bank will also seek approval to raise funds through the issuance of Perpetual Debt Instruments (forming part of Additional Tier I Capital), Tier II Capital Bonds and Long-Term Bonds for financing infrastructure sub-sectors, through private placement.
Bharti Hexacom | Telecom services provider reported a strong performance for the June quarter, with net profit rising over 23% year-on-year, supported by revenue growth and improved operating profitability. The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹482.4 crore in Q1FY27, compared with ₹391.6 crore in the year-ago period.
Marico | The FMCG major reported a consolidated net profit of ₹652 crore, up 27% from ₹513 crore a year ago, surpassing the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹587 crore. Revenue rose 23% year-on-year to ₹3,957 crore from ₹3,221 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, also ahead of the CNBC-TV18 estimate of ₹3,927 crore.
Castrol India Ltd | Lubricant manufacturer reported a strong performance for the second quarter of calendar year 2026, with net profit rising 42.5% year-on-year to ₹347 crore from ₹244 crore. Company’s revenue from operations increased 25% to ₹1,871 crore from ₹1,497 crore, while EBITDA grew 40.8% to ₹599.4 crore from ₹425.7 crore.
Banking and auto stocks are likely to remain in focus on Wednesday as RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra is scheduled to announce the policy decision, with investors closely tracking the repo rate decision, monetary policy stance, inflation and GDP growth forecasts, and the governor’s commentary on global risks and liquidity. Realty, auto and housing finance stocks may also react to the central bank’s commentary on interest rates, liquidity, inflation and growth.
Deepak Nitrite | The firm reported a strong performance for the June quarter, with net profit surging to ₹345 crore from ₹112.2 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose 36.4% year-on-year to ₹2,577.6 crore from ₹1,889.8 crore, while EBITDA nearly tripled to ₹540.2 crore from ₹189.4 crore.
Q2 Earnings | A host of companies, including Aegis Vopak Terminals, Allcargo Logistics, Arisinfra Solutions, Asahi India Glass, Aurobindo Pharma, Bikaji Foods International, Biocon, Cummins India and others, are scheduled to announce their quarterly earnings on August 5.
