Vismaya Mohanlal is all set to make her acting debut with ‘Thudakkam’. Ahead of the film’s theatrical release, the young actor has received warm messages from some of Malayalam cinema’s well-known names.Mammootty and Kalyani Priyadarshan took to social media to extend their wishes to Vismaya.Written and directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, Thudakkam is a drama thriller, as hinted in the trailer.

Director Jude Anthany Joseph has also opened up about his relationship with Vismaya and her mother, Suchitra Mohanlal. The filmmaker recently shared photographs featuring the mother-daughter duo and spoke about the affection he has for both of them.Describing their relationship, Jude wrote, “They may be mother and daughter to the world, but to me, they’ll always be my elder sister and younger sister.”Jude also revealed a special gesture from Suchitra after she watched ‘Thudakkam’. According to the filmmaker, she gifted him a wristwatch after seeing the film.The director expressed his gratitude in an emotional social media post.
