Taking to her social media account amid the ongoing reports of a deposition request related to her case with Justin Baldoni, the actress shared glimpses of a family day out with her partner, Ryan Reynolds. She posted photos of them spending time watching a game last month.

On her Instagram account, the actress posted a series of photos from the family’s special outing last month. Reynolds and Lively, along with their children, had attended the Liverpool Football Club vs. Wrexham AFC soccer game at Yankee Stadium on July 29.Lively shared a series of photos from her outing in New York City last month, consisting of snaps of her and the ‘Green Lantern’ actor spending time together and watching the game with friends and family members. Their four children, daughters James, Inez, and Betty, and a youngest son named Olin, also accompanied their parents. In the photos, Lively wore a blue linen shirt along with a pair of black jeans and black heels. Reynolds, meanwhile, sported a plaid button-down shirt, along with beige pants and white sneakers.She also shared a lengthy caption along with the photos, which read, “One of the most surreal moments of this wild and beautiful ride. Thank you to all our friends, family, and Wrexham loved ones who came out to cheer on this extraordinary team and for those who have been there all along.” She also thanked her “lifelong friend,” photographer Guy Aroch, for accompanying them to the game and for clicking their photos. The post comes only a day after TMZ reported that Jed Wallace, the PR consultant who worked with Justin Baldoni during their legal battle, has requested a deposition to question Lively. The report stated that Wallace wishes to question Lively about whether her actions to include him in the case were done with malice.Lively, during the case filings, had added an amendment and named Wallace and his company for participating in the alleged smear campaign that Baldoni ran against her. According to the reports, while her plea was not fulfilled as the court found that they had no jurisdiction over Wallace since he operated in Texas, not NYC—he was still ordered to clear Lively’s USD 800,000 legal fees by the court.
