Lloyds Metals: The company allotted 70,000 secured, listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement, raising Rs 700 crore on 7 August 2026. The NCDs carry a 9.02 per cent annual coupon, have a 10-year tenor, and mature on 6 August 2036, with redemption at face value of Rs 1 lakh per NCD. The NCDs are secured by an exclusive first charge over specified plant & machinery assets, with a minimum security cover ratio of 1.25x, and are rated IND AA/Stable and CRISIL AA/Stable.
