State-run Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd reported a 14.9 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated profit at Rs 1,590 crore in the quarter under review. It stood at Rs 1,384 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
The defence PSU’s revenue from operations rose 14.4 per cent to stand at Rs 5,515 crore compared to Rs 4,819 crore in the year-ago period.
HAL’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) came in at Rs 1526.4 crore in Q1 FY27, reporting a 19 per cent YoY growth from Rs 1282.3 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
EBITDA margin improved to 27.7% in the reporting quarter against 26.6% in the same quarter of the year-ago period.
