Amagi Media Labs, Ather Energy, L&T Technology Services, Urban Company, Sky Gold are among the 12 companies that will be included in the MSCI India Smallcap index. On the other hand, Aurionpro, Latent View, MOIL and many others will be excluded from the list.
Lenskart Solutions Ltd., Adani Energy Solutions Ltd., Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd., and Laurus Labs Ltd. will be the four new additions to the MSCI India Index, the index service provider announced early morning on Thursday, August 13. Billionbrains is the parent company of discount broking firm Groww.
Astral Ltd., Balkrishna Industries Ltd. and SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd. will be excluded from the MSCI India index, as per the official announcement. Among the names excluded, Astral and Balkrishna Industries will be moved to the MSCI India Smallcap Index.
