Stocks to Watch Today, August 13: Indian equities are likely to remain stock-specific on Thursday (August 13) as investors track a host of quarterly results and corporate developments. Tata Motors, Apollo Hospitals, Lenskart Solutions, HAL, GMR Airports and IRCTC will be in focus after reporting their June-quarter earnings.
Meanwhile, Jio Financial Services, Dixon Technologies, Waaree Energies, Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel and Coal India are likely to react to key business updates, while Tata Group stocks may remain under the spotlight following N Chandrasekaran’s exit announcement.

Profit Jumps 83 per cent
Tata Motors reported an 83 per cent YoY rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 2,560 crore in Q1FY27, while revenue increased 20 per cent to Rs 20,576 crore.
PAT Rises 34 per cent
Apollo Hospitals reported a 34 per cent YoY rise in consolidated PAT to Rs 581 crore in Q1FY27. Revenue grew 21 per cent to Rs 7,043 crore.
Profit Nearly Quadruples
Lenskart Solutions posted Q1FY27 net profit of Rs 228.4 crore, nearly four times the year-ago figure. Total income jumped 43 per cent to Rs 2,782.7 crore.
HAL
Profit Rises 15 per cent
Hindustan Aeronautics reported a 15 per cent YoY increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,590 crore in Q1FY27, while revenue rose over 14 per cent to Rs 5,515 crore.
Swings to Profit
GMR Airports reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 91 crore in Q1FY27, against a loss of Rs 212 crore a year ago. Revenue rose 24 per cent to Rs 3,964 crore.
Revenue Up 18 per cent
IRCTC reported nearly flat net profit in Q1FY27, while revenue from operations rose 18.1 per cent YoY to Rs 1,369.5 crore.
Bank of America Deal
Bank of America will acquire a 49.9 per cent stake in Jio Financial Services’ lending arm, Jio Credit, for $1.9 billion or Rs 18,268 crore.
New Vivo JV
Dixon Technologies announced Adivistar Electronics India, a joint venture with Vivo Mobile India, to expand smartphone OEM operations. Initial investment in the subsidiary stands at Rs 2.55 crore.
Chandrasekaran Exit
Tata group stocks, including TCS and Tata Motors, will remain in focus after N Chandrasekaran announced his exit as Tata Sons chairman following completion of his tenure.
Rs 160 Crore Order
Waaree Energies’ subsidiary Waaree Transpower secured a Rs 160 crore order for 8.3 MVA MV Skids for battery energy storage systems, strengthening its energy-storage business.
Raises USD 300 Million
Axis Bank raised USD 300 million through senior notes issued to overseas investors at a 5.348 per cent coupon. The notes are listed on IFSC exchanges and will support business growth.
Prepaid Plans Revised
Bharti Airtel discontinued its Rs 299, Rs 579, Rs 619 and Rs 649 prepaid plans nationwide. The Rs 299 plan has been replaced by a Rs 349 pack in select markets.
Signs Steel Sector MoU
Coal India signed a non-binding MoU with ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India.
