Krystal Integrated Services bags ₹134 crore MSRTC work order for 3 years


Integrated facility management services provider Krystal Integrated ServicesLtd on Tuesday (August 18) said it has received a work order worth approximately ₹134 crore, including all taxes, from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).

The work order is for providing Integrated Facility Management Services in the allocated regions of Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The contract will be executed over a period of three years.

The work order, numbered ST/PM/MKT/1158, was issued on August 18, 2026. The company said the order has been awarded in the ordinary course of business.

In June this year, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd said it has received a ₹24.38 crore work order from the Office of Resident Commissioner, Maharashtra Sadan, for providing facility management services in New Delhi.

The contract involves mechanised housekeeping services at the front office, management, reception, and maintenance of engineering services at both the new and old Maharashtra Sadan. The order has been awarded for a period of four years, as per the company’s regulatory filing dated June 10, 2026.

The work order dated June 09, 2026, has an approximate contract value of ₹24.38 crore, including all taxes. The company stated that the order is in the ordinary course of business. The contract is domestic in nature and has been awarded by a domestic entity.
