Advait Greenergy bags ₹116 crore order from KPI Green Energy for 200 MW Rajasthan solar project

Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, has received a ₹116 crore order from KPI Green Energy Limited for a 200 MW solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The order, received on August 17, is for a turnkey contract for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work for the solar ground-mounted HSAT 33 KV project. The contract includes design, supplies, services, testing and commissioning.

The company said that order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is part of Advait Greenergy’s normal course of business.

The project has an execution period of 12 months. The total contract value is ₹116 crore, excluding taxes.

Advait Energy Transitions disclosed the order under the relevant provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Earlier, on July 10, the firm had informed that it has secured four turnkey contracts worth a combined ₹250.59 crore from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL) for underground power distribution projects across Gujarat.

The contracts, awarded on July 9 in the normal course of business, involve converting existing overhead high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) power distribution networks into underground cable systems with Ring Main Systems across the Porbandar, Bhuj and Bhavnagar circles.

The largest order, worth ₹75.56 crore, is for converting the existing LT line network, including consumer service lines, into an underground cable network at the Udyognagar Subdivision (Part-1) in the Porbandar Circle under Package-61.

The company also secured a ₹64.20 crore contract to convert the existing 11 kV HT and LT line network into an underground cable network at the Mandvi City Subdivision in the Bhuj Circle under Package-43.

Shares of Advait Energy Transitions ended 2.80% higher at ₹2,137.40 on the NSE on August 18. The stock gained ₹58.20 during the session.
