Stocks to Watch Today, August 19: Indian stocks are likely to see company-specific action on Wednesday as investors track developments at CG Power, Paytm parent One97 Communications, Swiggy, Groww and Power Grid. CG Power reported a suspected cyber event, while institutional investors bought a 3 per cent stake in One97 Communications for Rs 2,949 crore.

Y Combinator sells stake

Manipal Health Enterprises said it will acquire Kinder Women’s Hospital in Bengaluru for a cash consideration of Rs 130 crore.

USFDA approval

Biocon said its subsidiary has received supplemental approval from the US health regulator for the Yesintek prefilled autoinjector.

Rs 7,000 crore capex

Hindustan Copper plans capital investment of over Rs 7,000 crore over the next five to six years, including exploration, mine revivals and strategic partnerships.

NCLT merger nod

Happiest Minds received NCLT approval for the merger of Aureustech Systems with the company.
