Rubico: General Atlantic Singapore sold 1.3 crore shares, representing 7.9 per cent equity, for Rs 2,160 crore. On the buying side, HDFC MF acquired 48.8 lakh shares (2.9 per cent equity) for Rs 810 crore, while ICICI Pru MF bought 18.1 lakh shares (1.1 per cent equity) for Rs 300 crore. Kotak MF purchased 16.6 lakh shares (1 per cent equity) for Rs 275 crore, while SBI MF and Nomura India bought shares worth Rs 200 crore each. The deal was executed at an average price of Rs 1,660 per share on BSE.
