Stock Market on March 30

The Indian stock market witnessed a strong across-the-board selloff in trade on Monday, March 30. The BSE Sensex, after hitting an intraday low of 71,774.13, ended the session at 71,947.55, down 1635.67 points or 2.22 per cent. The NSE Nifty50 settled at 22,331.40, down 488.20 points or 2.14 per cent. During the day Nifty50 swung between 22,714.10 and 22,283.85. Sensex and Nifty opened in red today. The BSE Sensex started at 72,565.22, while the Nifty 50 opened at 22,549.65.
