Pranav Constructions IPO GMP Today: Real estate developer Pranav Constructions Ltd on Friday raised Rs 84.24 crore from anchor investors ahead of the opening of its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription.
According to a circular uploaded on the BSE website, the company allotted 67.94 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 124 per share.
The anchor round saw participation from Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) Ltd, ITI Mutual Fund, Taurus Mutual Fund, Abudantia Capital VCC and Ashika India Select Fund.
The IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs 315.6 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 28.5 lakh equity shares worth Rs 35.43 crore by investor shareholder BioUrja India Infra.

As per various websites tracking the unlisted market, the IPO’s grey market premium (GMP) stands at Rs 37, reflecting a listing premium of around 29.84 per cent. From an investor’s point of view, a retail investor would be able to earn Rs 4,440 on a lot of 120 shares, based on the current GMP.

Incorporated in July 2003, Pranav Constructions Ltd is a Mumbai-based real estate developer focused primarily on redevelopment projects in the MCGM Region, particularly the Western Suburbs. The company specialises in pure-play redevelopment across residential segments, including economical, mid and mass, and aspirational housing.
As of March 31, 2026, Pranav Constructions had a portfolio of 65 redevelopment projects, comprising 28 completed, 20 under construction and 17 upcoming projects, with a combined Total Developable Area of around 5.01 million sq ft. The company follows an integrated redevelopment model with in-house capabilities spanning tendering, construction and post-construction activities. It has been undertaking redevelopment projects since 2012.
