“The estimated financial impact of the settlement on the company is approximately ₹70 crore. The company will update this in its public disclosure once the actions under the Settlement Agreement are completed,” according to a stock exchange filing.
The company said the disputes were amicably, finally and conclusively settled through a Settlement Agreement dated August 25, 2026, following discussions between the parties spanning over a month. The settlement also benefits the project’s homebuyers, it said.

“The company adopts different dispute-resolution strategies depending on the nature and circumstances of each matter. In the present case, following discussions between the parties spanning over a month, the disputes concerning Godrej Air Project, Gurugram were amicably, finally, and conclusively settled by way of a Settlement Agreement dated August 25, 2026, which also inures to the benefit of the Project’s homebuyers,” it said.
Godrej Properties said the parties are currently undertaking the steps required to implement the agreed actions under the Settlement Agreement and that the implementation is underway.
Godrej Properties said the matter relates to an Order dated September 3, 2026, passed by the Bombay High Court, which recorded the execution of the Settlement Agreement. The court has listed the matter for September 24, 2026, to report compliance with its directions.

The company said the actions under the Settlement Agreement have not yet been completed. It said any disclosure before completion of the requisite actions would have been premature and speculative.
Godrej Properties said it will make the appropriate disclosure, if required, once the relevant actions are fulfilled and the compliance status is placed before the Bombay High Court at the next hearing on September 24.
Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd ended at ₹1,869.00, up by ₹9.00, or 0.48%, on the BSE.
