Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar IPO Listing: Shares of Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Limited made a subdued debut on the Indian stock market today, 2 April 2026, following healthy demand for its initial public offering (IPO).

The Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar IPO is a book-built issue with a fresh issue of Rs 440 crore and no offer for sale, making the total IPO size Rs 440 crore. The IPO’s price band was set at Rs 201 to Rs 212 per share.

Listing Price and Market Performance

On the BSE, the stock was listed at Rs 195, down Rs 17 or 8 per cent from the upper band of its issue price.

Similarly, on NSE, the stock opened at Rs 200, which was Rs 12 or 5.7 per cent below the upper band of the issue price.

The IPO was oversubscribed more than three times during its three-day subscription window from 24 March to 27 March 2026. The subscription was mainly driven by strong interest from Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

The grey market trend for Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar shares has been muted, with a modest premium.

According to websites tracking the grey market, the IPO GMP today is Rs 3.5 per share, indicating a listing premium of 1.75 per cent and an estimated listing price of Rs 215.5. For a lot of 70 shares, the estimated profit is likely to be around Rs 245.

The IPO has witnessed volatility in the grey market, with the GMP at Rs 8 on 26 March, falling to Rs 2.3 on 27 March, standing at Rs 1.5 on the day of allotment, and currently at Rs 3.5.
