While IGL, SAIL, Saraswati Saree Depot and R Systems International will trade ex-dividend from this week, Aastha Spintex will trade ex-bonus, while Natco Pharma will have the record date for its rights issue this week. Here’s a look at these in greater detail.
Listed only in July, the company has announced a 1:1 bonus issue, for which the record date has been fixed as Monday, September 28.
This means that only those shareholders, who had shares of the company in their demat account last Friday, will be eligible to avail the bonus issue of shares. Shareholders will receive one bonus share for every one share they held.
The stock, having listed in July this year, has already halved from its issue price of ₹136, and has been locked in a 10% lower circuit for the last two trading sessions.
The state-run steel manufacturer announced a final dividend of ₹2.35 per share for its shareholders at the conclusion of its financial year.
After approval from its shareholders, the company has fixed the record date for its dividend payout as Wednesday, September 30, which will be the final day of the ongoing quarter.
The City Gas Distributor had also announced a final dividend of ₹1.5 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
With the approval now being received, the record date for IGL’s dividend payout has been fixed as Thursday, October 1.
This is the third instance of the recent listing having paid dividends to its shareholders. This time around, the company will be paying ₹3 per share, having paid ₹1.51 and ₹2.27 per share respectively in the previous two instances.
Record date for the said dividend payout has been fixed as Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
The stock has also halved from its issue price of around ₹160 per share, despite an 11.5% jump last Friday, which trimmed its year-to-date losses to 5.5%.
The drugmaker’s board approved a rights issue of shares worth ₹1,279 crore last Friday, the record date for which has been fixed as Thursday, October 1.
Only those shareholders, who have shares of the company as of September 30, will be eligible to participate in the rights issue.
Natco Pharma’s shares had ended at the day’s low on Friday after the rights issue announcement.
The company had announced an interim dividend of ₹8 per share, the record date for which has been fixed as Thursday, October 1.
This follows the ₹6 per share it paid to shareholders in March this year and another ₹6 per share it paid in May last year.
The stock is down 42% so far this year.
