The 65-room hotel is located on Old Kutchery Road and is managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. The group has three more properties in West Bengal in the pipeline.
The hotel offers Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Studio Suites and Executive Suites, with views of the valley, city, forest and gardens. Its facilities include Keys Café, a multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant, Unlock Bar, in-room dining and a fitness centre.

The property also has an outdoor lawn with a capacity of up to 100 guests for social gatherings, private celebrations and outdoor events.

The hotel is approximately 70 km from Bagdogra Airport, 2.5 km from Darjeeling Railway Station and 1.7 km from the local bus station.
