HUL Q4 Results 2026 Date, Dividend 2026 date: As the earnings season begins in April, several BSE and NSE-listed companies are announcing their schedule for releasing their earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 25-2026.
FMCG bellwether Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) is set to announce January-March earnings (Q4 FY26) this month. HUL informed this through an exchange filing today, April 2. Apart from the quarterly results, the board of directors of the FMCG major might also declare a final dividend for its shareholders.
HUL is a largecap diversified FMCG company, commanding a market cap of Rs 4.85 lakh crore.

“…this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors (‘Board Meeting’) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2026, inter alia, to consider: the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 along with the Audit Report thereon…,” HUL said in the regulatory filing.
The company had declared its Q3 Results FY26 at 10.12 AM on February 12, 2026. Therefore, it is expected to announce its Q4 FY26 earnings at around the same time on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
According to an exchange filing by HUL, the board meeting scheduled on Thursday, April 30, 2026, might also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
“We shall intimate the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and details of Final Dividend, if any, as recommended by the Board to the Exchanges upon the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting and will arrange for announcement of the same in the Press as required under the Listing Regulations,” it added.
HUL Q4 results FY26: Investors Call
HUL, in the exchange filing, further said “a presentation to analysts/investors on the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 shall be made on Thursday, 30th April, 2026 after the Board Meeting.”
HUL reported a 30 per cent decline in consolidated net profit from continuing operations to Rs 2,118 crore for the third quarter of FY26. In the same quarter last year, the company had posted a profit of Rs 3,027 crore.
The company’s profit for the period, however, came in at Rs 6,603 crore, up 121 per cent year-on-year (YoY).
HUL’s revenue from continuing operations stood at Rs 16,441 crore, up 5.6 per cent YoY from Rs 15,556 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) from continuing operations stood at Rs 3,788 crore, up 3 per cent from the same quarter last year. However, the EBITDA margin declined 70 basis points YoY to 23.3%.
HUL has been giving dividends consistently to its shareholders. In 2025, the company gave dividends twice – Rs 19 in November and Rs 24 in June. In 2024, HUL paid cash rewards on three occasions – Rs 19 interim dividend and Rs 10 special dividend in November and Rs 24 in June, respectively.
