These three companies are set to see record dates during the course of the week.
Shankara Buildpro
Shankara Buildpro shares are lined up for a stock split as Thursday, October 8 has been fixed as the record date for the same.
The company had intimated the stock exchanges regarding the record date last month.
One existing fully paid-up equity share of Shankara Buildpro of face value ₹10, will be sub-divided into five equity shares of ₹2 each.
The company informed the stock exchanges on October 2 that it received confirmation from both depositories NSDL and CDSL regarding the new ISIN allotted for the fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹2 each.
It informed the exchanges that the sub-division of equity shares will take effect under the new ISIN with effect from the record date.
At the end of the June quarter, promoters held 40.18% stake in the company while public shareholders held 59.82% stake, according to data available on the stock exchanges.
This is the first ever stock split the company is executing, as per stock exchange data.
Shares of Shankara Buildpro were trading 1% up at ₹1,313 apiece at 12.47 pm on Wednesday. The stock has risen 3.3% in the past month and is up 61.7% this year, so far.
Mold-Tek Packaging
The company’s board of directors in a meeting held on September 28 approved and fixed October 9 as the record date for the bonus issue of shares.
The company’s members approved the issue of one bonus equity share of ₹5 each for every one full paid-up equity share of ₹5 each (1:1).
The fully paid-up bonus shares will be distributed to the members of the company, whose names appear on the register of members as on October 9, 2026, the company said.
At the end of the June quarter, promoter entities held 33.21% stake in the company while public shareholding comprised 66.79%, as per data available on the stock exchanges.
This is the first instance of bonus issue for the company, as per stock exchange data.
Shares of Mold-Tek Packaging were trading 2.7% lower at ₹659.8 apiece at 1.14 pm on Wednesday. The stock has declined 5.4% in the past month and has gained 8.9% this year, so far.
Transport Corporation of India
Transport Corporation of India has set October 9 as the record date for the proposed buyback of 15.62 lakh fully paid-up equity shares of the company at a price of ₹960 per equity share.
The same will be payable in cash for an aggregate amount of up to ₹150 crore on a proportionate basis via the tender offer route (buyback).
At the end of the June quarter promoters held 68.66% stake in the company while public shareholders held 31.34%, as per stock exchange data.
This is the first instance of buy back of shares for the company, as per data available on the stock exchanges.
Shares of Transport Corporation of India were trading 0.2% higher at ₹889.4 apiece. The stock has gained 3% in the past month but has declined 18% this year, so far.
