Its collections declined 19% to ₹541 crore from ₹669 crore in the year-ago period.
The area it sold was up 31% at 0.65 million square feet from the second quarter last year.
Keystone Realtors said it launched the ‘Rustomjee Ozone Skye’ project in Malad West, Mumbai and commenced construction on its commercial project ’25HQ’ in Prabhadevi in the second quarter. It said the developments increase its footprint, adding a combined total saleable area of 0.54 million square feet to its ongoing projects, representing an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,196 crore.
The company said it has completed three RERA projects in the September quarter with total construction area of 1.32 million square feet.
“Backed by a strong balance sheet, we are well capitalized and equipped to continue delivering long-term value to all shareholders. We remain confident in our ability to maintain a strong growth trajectory in both acquisitions and project launches throughout the remainder of the year,” Boman Irani, the CMD of Keystone Realtors said.
