The payment of the Final Dividend is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 70th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and will be paid to those Members whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company and to those whose name appears as Beneficial Owners as at the close of the business hours on 22 April 2026 (“Record Date”) as per the details to be furnished by the Depositories, viz. National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (“CDSL”) for this purpose, the company informed in an exchange filing.
