Omaxe Limited has received a RERA registration certificate for its commercial project, “Commercial and Service Apartment at Eternity – 2,” located at Omaxe Eternity – 2 in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The registration was granted by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The project is situated on Khasra No. 411 and 413, Mauja Maghera and Mauja Raal, on the Vrindavan to Radha Kund Marg stretch in Mathura. The approval is valid until April 1, 2031, unless extended by the authority. The company said the project caters to both domestic and international markets and was launched on October 17, 2026.
The shares of the company ended 4% higher in the session on Friday, October 16. The stock has jumped 40% in the year so far.
