Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Eicher Motors Ltd, and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd also posted gains. Conversely, Axis Bank Ltd retreated, dropping 4.19% to 1236. Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd slipped 3.09% to 278, followed by Infosys Ltd, which fell 2.63% to 1130.7. Bajaj Finance Ltd and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd also declined.
