The company said Maulik Mehta has been reappointed and elevated as Deputy Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from May 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
Alongside this, the board approved the appointment of Meghav Mehta as Deputy Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from May 9, 2026.
In a separate decision, the board also approved the reappointment of Sanjay Upadhyay as Director (Finance) and Group Chief Financial Officer for five years with effect from August 1, 2026.
Shares of Deepak Nitrite closed at ₹1,375.00 on the NSE, up ₹22.80 or 1.69%.
