“Recommended a final dividend at 100% i.e. Rs. 5/- per Share (face value Rs. 5 per share) on the equity shares for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the forthcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM,” Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers said in an exchange filing on Tuesday, April 14.
