“…the Board of Directors of the Company will inter alia, consider declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 at its meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the April 21, 2026,” the company said in its April 13 dated exchange filing.

April 25, 2026 has been set as the record date for the interim dividend, if approved in the board meeting.
“…the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend shall be Saturday, April 25, 2026, subject to approval of interim dividend by Board of Directors,” the filing added.
Before that, an interim dividend of Rs 1.75 was announced with record date in November 2025. Before that, a bonus issue of 2:1 was declared with record date in September 2025.
A final dividend for FY25 of Rs 2 was declared with record date in September 2025.
