Waaree Renewable Q4 profit jumps 66%, revenue more than doubles YoY

CleanMax commissions 185 MW wind-solar project in Gujarat; ₹165-cr revenue expected


Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd reported a strong performance for the fourth quarter FY26, with net profit rising 66.06% year-on-year to ₹155.7 crore, compared to ₹93.76 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s revenue more than doubled to ₹1,102.4 crore from ₹476.6 crore a year ago, reflecting robust topline growth during the quarter, as per the exchange filing, .

The EPC arm of the Waaree Group said ts EBITDA increased 63.7% to ₹206.8 crore versus ₹126.31 crore in the year-ago period. However, margins declined to 18.8% from 26.5% on a yearly basis.

On the operational front, the company reported an unexecuted order book of 2.83 GWp, which is slated for execution over the next 12–15 months. Its bidding pipeline continued to gain momentum, reaching over 36 GWp.

Recently, the company secured new orders, including a 420 MWp ground-mounted solar power project, a 35 MWp project, and a 14 MWp ground-mounted solar power project.

For FY26, the company said it posted revenue from operations of ₹3,331.42 crore, up 108.51% year-on-year compared to ₹1,597.75 crore in FY25.

Its EBITDA stood at ₹641.10 crore, rising 106.21% from ₹310.90 crore, while net profit increased 109.09% to ₹478.65 crore from ₹228.92 crore in the previous year.

Commenting on the results Manmohan Sharma, CFO, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited said: “We are pleased to conclude FY26 with a stellar and consistent financial performance with revenue of ₹3,331.42 crore as compared to ₹1,597.75 crore for FY25, reflecting a robust growth of 108.51%.”

He added that India’s renewable energy sector continues to build strong momentum with total installed renewable capacity crossing 274 GW while solar contributed over 150 GW as of March 2026.

Before the announcement of results, Waaree Renewable ended the session on the NSE at ₹1,064, up 2.36% or ₹24.55.
