Lemon Tree Hotels said with this addition, it will have 32 properties in Gujarat, comprising 11 operational and 21 upcoming hotels. Lemon Tree Hotels said the property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Lemon Tree Hotels said Gujarat continues to see growth in tourism, supported by destinations such as the Statue of Unity and increasing demand for spiritual and cultural travel. It added that Garudeshwar is emerging as a key destination due to its proximity to major attractions and improving infrastructure.

Lemon Tree Hotels said the upcoming property will have 90 rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.
The hotel is well connected by road, with Vadodara International Airport approximately 85 km away and Ekta Nagar Railway Station around 5 km from the property, ensuring convenient access.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd ended at ₹114.55, up by ₹0.35, or 0.31%, on the BSE today, April 17.
