Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels signs Ayodhya, Ujjain properties under Zone Connect brand


Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd (ASPHL) on Monday, April 20, said it has signed two hotel management agreements for Zone Connect by The Park properties in Ayodhya and Ujjain.

The company said the dual signings are part of its growth strategy focused on strengthening its presence across pilgrimage circuits, catering to travellers seeking design-led hospitality in culturally significant locations.

 

In Ayodhya, Zone Connect by The Park will feature 56 rooms. The hotel will be located near Ram Janmabhoomi, approximately 4.9 km away, and Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, around 6 km away. The property will include Café C as an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a plunge swimming pool, gym, and a banquet hall for social gatherings and celebrations.

In Ujjain, Zone Connect by The Park will offer 64 rooms. It will be situated approximately 7 km from Ujjain Railway Station and 8 km from Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, with access to Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport. The hotel will feature Café C as an all-day dining restaurant, a plunge swimming pool, along with fitness and wellness facilities.

With these additions, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd expands its presence in two of India’s major pilgrimage destinations through the Zone Connect by The Park brand.

Shares of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd ended at ₹120.02, down by ₹2.05, or 1.68%, on the BSE today, April 20.
